Who I Am

I am a trial lawyer, a mentor, and a proud mother. I’ve dedicated my career to defending the rights of individuals facing criminal charges, and I believe that everyone deserves a strong, fearless advocate in their corner.

Growing up in South Florida, I’ve always connected deeply to the community and its legal landscape. My journey into criminal defense was fueled by my love for litigation and my desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I firmly believe that a single mistake should not define someone’s future, and I fight to ensure that my clients are treated fairly and justly under the law.

Outside of my legal career, my family means everything to me. Together with my amazing husband, we are raising our two young sons, who keep us on various sports fields! We are die-hard Atlanta Braves baseball fans, and most weekends, you’ll find us at the baseball field, soaking up the game family.

At home, our French bulldog, Brody, and our English bulldog, Charly, entertain us. Together, they run the house!

Why I Do This Work

I chose a career in law because I wanted to use my voice, knowledge, and skills to protect people’s rights and make a real impact. Criminal defense isn’t just about winning cases—it’s about defending the futures of real people who depend on me.

I’ve spent my career fighting for clients facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Whether securing a not guilty verdict at trial, negotiating a case dismissal, or reducing charges to protect someone’s future, I bring the same tenacity and dedication to every case.

At Rossen Law Firm, I’ve found a team that shares my commitment to justice. Our collaborative approach ensures that every client benefits from the combined experience, knowledge, and strategic thinking of our entire team. Here, we treat our clients like family—and we fight like it, too.

My Background & Education

My journey into law began with my studies at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. I then pursued my Juris Doctor at Saint Thomas University School of Law. I was actively involved in the International Moot Court and served as an editor for the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review.

These experiences shaped my passion for advocacy, legal research, and trial work, laying the foundation for my successful criminal defense career today.

Since becoming an attorney, I’ve built a formidable reputation in the courtroom, handling hundreds of felony cases and trying over 100 jury trials.
