Hello there! My name is Laura Viñalet Brown, and I serve as the Chief Revenue Officer and Director of Operations at Rossen Law Firm. My professional journey has been defined by innovation, leadership, and a deep commitment to building strong systems that help people, especially those navigating the criminal justice system, get the second chance they deserve.
While I’m a marketer by trade, my role goes far beyond traditional marketing. I oversee the firm’s revenue growth, sales operations, marketing strategy, systems development, and internal process improvements. My mission is to create a client-centered experience that not only delivers results but also builds trust and restores hope. Whether I’m crafting a new campaign, refining sales systems, or leading cross-departmental changes, every move I make is grounded in our firm’s core purpose: helping good people when bad things happen.
My passion for marketing started when I was 14, after I designed the logo for my first service project. By 16, I had coded my first HTML website—a free AP study resource for students—which sparked my lifelong love of digital innovation. That early drive led me to found and run my marketing agency, where I specialized in legal and luxury real estate for over a decade. While I loved the entrepreneurial world, I knew I was meant to do more.
Joining the leadership team at Rossen Law Firm gave me that opportunity. Here, I get to combine my background in business strategy, marketing, and operations with my passion for social justice. I’m proud to be part of a firm that believes in redemption, rehabilitation, and relentless advocacy.
I began my academic journey at the University of Florida and graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Though I once considered becoming a lawyer myself, I found my true calling in building and scaling purpose-driven businesses. Still, I hope to pursue a master’s and doctorate in the future—and one day, teach at the university level.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of three amazing boys (including a baby). Our family adventures include cheering on the Marlins and Dolphins, visiting aquariums and MLB stadiums across the country, and enjoying everything from board games to Harry Potter debates. And yes, I’m a Ravenclaw.
As I continue to grow with Rossen Law Firm, I look forward to leading initiatives that not only drive success, but leave a lasting impact on the lives we touch.
