Hello there! My name is Laura Viñalet Brown, and I work as the Chief Revenue Officer at Rossen Law Firm. My professional journey has been one of innovation, leadership, and a deep commitment to empowering the next generation, especially young women. As a Marketing Director, my main goal is to help those who have suffered due to a broken legal system to get back to their normal lives and move forward. In order to achieve this, I create and publish educational content and help people in need find our law firm.
My passion for marketing began when I was 14 years old and designed a logo for my first service project. This experience set the stage for my future entrepreneurial endeavors. At 16, I built my first HTML website, which provided a valuable study resource for AP students. This initiative marked the start of my deep involvement with technology and its potential.
I founded and ran my own marketing agency, where I focused on legal and luxury real estate for a decade. This experience sharpened my skills in marketing and business strategy. However, I always aspired to make a more meaningful impact, which led me to join the leadership team at Rossen Law Firm. I am honored to work in an environment that resonates with my values, particularly their commitment to giving second chances.
I began my academic journey at the University of Florida and eventually graduated from Florida International University with a Business Administration degree and a Marketing minor. While I initially considered a career in law, my path led me to business and marketing, which has been incredibly rewarding. Yet, my academic ambitions persist, and I aim to eventually earn a master’s and a doctorate, and fulfill my dream of part-time university teaching.
Apart from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys, traveling across the United States, visiting aquariums and baseball stadiums, and passionately cheering for the Marlins and Dolphins. Our family time includes watching sports, bird watching, discussing Harry Potter, playing board games, and enjoying various outdoor activities. Fun fact, I am a Ravenclaw.
As I continue to advance in my role, I look forward to the new challenges and learning opportunities ahead.
