Who I Am
I am a federal defense attorney, a trial lawyer, and an advocate for justice. My career is built on relentless preparation, strategic defense tactics, and a deep commitment to protecting my client's rights.
Beyond the courtroom, I actively participate in legal education, professional mentorship, and thought leadership. I am a Board Member of the Federal Bar Association (Broward Chapter) and a frequent speaker on federal criminal defense strategies, white-collar investigations, and trial advocacy.
You might have seen me on Good Morning America, ABC News, NBC 6, NewsNation, The Washington Post, and Apple Podcasts' "BROKEN: Jeffrey Epstein", where I provide expert legal commentary on high-profile cases.
I firmly believe that no one should be judged solely by the accusations against them, and my mission is to ensure that my clients receive the most vigorous defense possible.
Why I Do This Work
Your future is worth fighting for. I’ve dedicated my career to defending individuals against the overwhelming power of the federal government and ensuring that justice prevails.
Early in my career, I realized that too often, federal agencies and prosecutors build cases designed to intimidate rather than seek the truth. I knew I had the skills and determination to fight back.
My practice is driven by a passion for justice and a commitment to protecting my client’s constitutional rights. Whether defending against federal fraud charges, government investigations, or high-profile white-collar cases, I approach each case with the same mindset: prepare aggressively, fight relentlessly, and secure the best possible outcome.
I’ve seen firsthand how a strong defense can change a person’s life trajectory, and that’s why I do this work.
My Background & Education
I was born and raised in South Florida, and my journey into law began at the University of Florida Honors College, where I earned a degree in Political Science. I then attended Fordham University School of Law, graduating as a Merit Scholar.
During law school, I worked with a nationally renowned criminal law professor on groundbreaking research exploring the intersection of neuroscience, criminal behavior, and legal defense. This unique background allows me to approach my cases from a multidisciplinary perspective, ensuring I utilize the latest legal, scientific, and technological advancements to build my defense strategies.
Since then, I have built a nationally recognized federal defense practice, representing clients in some of the most complex and high-stakes criminal cases nationwide.
