Thomas T. is an astronomy professor at Palm Beach State College in Florida. When a student went up to ask a question in the middle of a test, Thomas was accused of groping the student and slapping her butt.

The witnesses said that they never saw him slap the student, never heard a reaction or complaint from her and that she stayed to finish the test. The student’s close friends even told us that she was a drama queen and was always looking for attention. We listed all of the students as defense witnesses and moved forward aggressively, setting the case for trial.
