Blake A. was driving in Wellington when he ran through a stop sign. A police officer pulled him over and asked for his license and registration. When he ran the license he discovered Blake was driving with a suspended license. While he was speaking with Blake the officer smelled marijuana and asked Blake if he had any in the car. Blake admitted to having a small amount of weed and two pipes in his vehicle. The officer then searched the vehicle, confiscated the marijuana and arrested Blake for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license.
