His father had another son from his first marriage, but did not leave anything to that first son or his first wife. The two of them went to probate court to fight it out, but the judge ruled in favor of Billy and his mom.
His half-brother was upset by the verdict and became unstable. It was then that he called the police and accused Billy of molesting him 10 years ago when they were both teenagers. Then, one day the cops showed up at Billy’s place of work to question him.
Billy was freaked out and embarrassed. He decided to hire an attorney right away, and a good friend recommended us to him.
