Our firm ordered the 911 tape which contradicted Max’s girlfriend’s testimony against him. The state attorney dismissed the criminal charges. The girlfriend was so upset that the prosecutors dropped the charges that she then filed a restraining order against Max. After a full trial complete with an extensive cross-examination that discredited his girlfriend, we got the judge to dismiss the restraining order against Max as well.
Max was concerned about the false accusations against him resulting in a criminal record.
Max A’s girlfriend was angry with him, so she smashed out all the windows in his rental SUV. The next day Max went over to her house to confront her. As soon as she answered the door, Max’s girlfriend attacked him, scratching and punching him. Her mother was there and assaulted him as well. Max used reasonable force to get the women off of him and then went home. The cops then showed up at his house and arrested him on domestic violence battery charges without even asking him what happened.
We proved that the girlfriend was lying and that our client had been falsely accused of battery.
