Scott's journey to becoming a Partner at Rossen Law Firm is a testament to his unwavering determination. From his middle school days, he harbored a dream of becoming a lawyer, a dream that was not part of his original plan. Initially, he had intended to pursue law school and then join the family business. However, his path took a different turn when he joined the mock trial team and discovered his passion for trial law. His dedication and hard work soon made him one of the most effective mock trial participants in his class at Nova Southeastern.
He became a Broward County public defender after graduating and taking the infamous COVID bar exam. He tried cases for over two years, making a name for himself as one of the premier public defenders before catching the eye of Adam Rossen and the Rossen Law Firm.
Since joining the firm, Scott has brought his courtroom acumen to bear in numerous settings, notably conducting thirteen jury trials and skillfully handling countless motions to suppress and other evidentiary motions. His ability to navigate complex legal challenges and advocate forcefully for his clients has only solidified his reputation as one of the firm’s top trial lawyers.
