Rossen Law Firm’s new initiative honors those making a difference—one Panthers ticket at a time
We believe that heroes walk among us. They're not just found in courtrooms or headlines; they're teachers, healthcare workers, mentors, and everyday changemakers whose kindness, generosity, and spirit quietly uplift our South Florida communities. That’s why we launched our Community Heroes Initiative, a new tradition that shines a spotlight on those making a real impact.
Through this program, we invite our community to nominate local heroes who inspire others and go above and beyond to serve those in need. During each NHL regular season, we gift select honorees with tickets to a Florida Panthers game—a small token of our appreciation and a fun way to thank them for the big things they do.

Our first Community Hero is Nat, a 20-year-old powerhouse of compassion and founder of the nonprofit South Florida Sunshine. Nat has already made a significant impact by assembling and distributing care packages for unhoused individuals across the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. These packages, filled with essentials like toiletries, snacks, socks (and even a $5 bill), aren’t just about supplies. They’re about dignity, hope, and human connection.

Nat’s mission is to show that anyone can make a difference regardless of age or income. Her nonprofit’s social media presence encourages others to “throw kindness like confetti,” and her lovable mascots, Sunny the Sea Turtle and Iris the Ibis, spread messages of empathy, joy, and community action. Whether she’s fighting for climate awareness or mental health support, Nat is a beacon of the very spirit this initiative was created to celebrate.
Congratulations, Nat! You are what South Florida sunshine is all about. We’re honored to have you as the first recipient in what we hope will become a long-standing tradition of gratitude and recognition. Stay tuned for more stories from our community—and more heroes in the stands at Panthers games!
