Defense Attorneys get Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Trespassing Charges Dismissed in Boynton Beach, Florida

Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Trespassing Charges Dismissed

Outcome of Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Trespassing Case:

The State dismissed all three of Joseph G's charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and trespassing in Boynton Beach. Because of Rossen Law Firm's years worth of experience with criminal charges, the case was swiftly handled.

Client Concerns about Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Trespassing Charge:

Joseph was worried the police had a conspiracy against him, and was scared that the false accusation might lead to him being convicted of a crime he didn’t commit.

Facts about Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Trespassing Case:

Joseph was at the Sam’s Club in Boynton Beach when he decided to go to the bathroom. When he walked into the stall, Joseph noticed swastikas that were drawn on the wall. Joseph is Jewish. He got upset and yelled when speaking to the manager, saying Sam’s Club was anti-Semitic. Joseph was told to leave. But he didn’t leave and the manager called the police. When the police showed up, they accused Joseph of drawing the swastikas himself and arrested him and charged him with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and trespassing.

Strategy for Attack on Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Mischief, and Trespassing Case:

We were able to get the surveillance video from the Sam’s Club and it clearly showed that Joseph was in the bathroom for less than 30 seconds, and had no opportunity or time to draw the swastikas on the stall. We also used the video to prove Joseph never caused a crowd to gather, which is integral to being charged with disorderly conduct. With the video clearing proving his innocence of the charges, the Rossen Law Firm put pressure on the prosecutors to dismiss the charges completely.
