Building Bridges and Changing Lives Together
Our First-Ever Summit Brings Professionals Together to Create Real Change
At Rossen Law Firm, we’ve always believed that amazing things happen when people come together with a shared mission. That’s precisely what we saw at our first Bridging the Gap: A Law & Behavioral Health Summit. Hosted in collaboration with Robinson Casey, PLLC, Family First Adolescent Services, and The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center, the event welcomed over 60 passionate professionals, from therapists and attorneys to case managers and community leaders, all ready to make a difference.

The day was filled with powerful presentations and conversations about how the legal and mental health fields can better collaborate to serve people facing both criminal charges and behavioral health struggles. Topics included everything from using the Marchman Act to get people the help they need to building stronger mitigation packages for court cases involving substance use or mental health concerns.
“This is just the beginning,” said Adam Rossen. “When legal and clinical teams work together, we can create better outcomes for our clients and their families. We hoped this summit would spark collaboration—and it absolutely did.”
The feedback was incredible, and it’s clear that Bridging the Gap struck a chord. We plan to make it an annual event and are excited to grow it even bigger next year. The goal? Keep building these bridges between Law and Mental Health, and improving how we support people through some of the most challenging times in their lives.

This event reflected our firm’s core mission—to help good people when bad things happen. Thanks to the amazing people who joined us, we’re more inspired than ever to keep pushing for change.
Adam Rossen, Manny Serra-Jovenich, and Danielle Chanzes represented Rossen Law Firm at the summit. They all came away feeling inspired and energized by the powerful conversations and community spirit.
