Who I Am

I am a trial attorney, a mentor, a sports fanatic, and a dedicated family man. My passion for the law is matched only by my commitment to my clients, my team, and my family. I firmly believe that no one should be defined by their worst mistake, and my mission is to ensure that every client receives a strong, strategic defense and a fair shot at justice.

When I’m not in the courtroom, you can probably find me spending time with my wife, Astrid, who is also an attorney, and chasing after our two amazing children. Family is everything to me, and I bring that same level of care and dedication to the clients I fight for daily.

Outside of law, I’m a die-hard Florida Panthers hockey fan (you’ll catch me at games as often as possible) and an even bigger Florida Gators fan. There’s nothing like heading up to The Swamp in Gainesville to watch UF take the field. Whether it’s football, hockey, or courtroom strategy, I’m all about passion, preparation, and playing to win.

Why I Do This Work

From an early point in my legal career, I realized that criminal charges don’t just affect a case—they affect lives. I’ve seen firsthand the impact that a strong defense can have in helping people reclaim their futures, and that’s why I do what I do.

Early in my career, I dedicated myself to mastering motion practice and courtroom strategy, knowing that even the smallest legal arguments can change the course of a case. Whether it’s filing motions to suppress evidence, negotiating case dismissals, or fighting aggressively at trial, I always focus on achieving the best possible outcome for my clients.

The legal system can be overwhelming and intimidating, and I believe that everyone deserves a powerful advocate in their corner. That’s why I fight for my clients as if they were my own family—because, at Rossen Law Firm, we don’t just represent cases, we represent people.

My Background & Education

My journey into law began at the University of Florida, where I earned my bachelor’s degree before pursuing my Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

Since then, I have committed my career to criminal defense, becoming a recognized leader in the field and earning multiple accolades for my excellence in litigation and trial advocacy.
