I hired Rossen Law Firm back in October of 2023 after what to me was a very traumatic and complicated situation. After my arrest and release I immediately did what anyone else would do who has never been in trouble with the law and got on google and started researching. I am a Registered Nurse and that was part of my search when looking for an attorney. Rossen Law Firm popped up and they had previous experience working with nurses as well as teachers so I immediately called and was scheduled for a consultation the next morning. I met with Adam who in detailed explained the process of what needed to happen without ever pressuring me to sign on with his firm. After hiring them, my assigned team immediately got to work filing all of the necessary documents. What made me extra nervous was that I was in the process of moving from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando but they assured me to continue on with my plans. I started with them October 2023 and my case was resolved in February 2025. Although it was a long process and I started losing hope along the way because of my own fears and anxieties, they constantly kept me updated, were available by text/email/phone whenever I had questions, and gave me the extra confidence I needed to continue my day to day life. In the end my charges were reduced from DUI enhanced to Wreckless Driving Withhold with the ability to have my record sealed. I never lost my drivers license throughout the entire process, which for a DUI case is a major thing! My final disposition for my case was major relief as my life and career as a nurse depended on a positive outcome from my negative decisions I made the night of my arrest. I can never thank my attorney Susan and the legal team at Rossen Law Firm enough. They will continue to work with me throughout my probation and will help me seal my record as well! Hopefully I won’t need their services again because I have learned my lesson BUT I will forever be grateful!
