Adam Rossen takes the stage once again to showcase the impact of Rossen Law Firm’s Elite Summer Internship Program
We were honored to have Attorney Adam Rossen speak at TGR Live 2025, one of the legal industry's most exciting events focused on innovation, marketing, and growth. During a panel on local community marketing, Adam shared how the Rossen Law Firm is investing in the next generation of lawyers through our Elite Summer Internship Program and how other firms can establish their own initiatives, contributing to the local community. This marked Adam’s second invitation to speak at TGR, a true reflection of his commitment to thought leadership and community engagement impact.
Our internship reflects our dedication to criminal defense in our community, giving students real exposure to the impact of justice work through events like our recent immigration event aimed to help those impacted by new laws and partnerships with organizations like Beyond the Bars, Americans for Immigrant Justice, and the Florida Immigrant Coalition. These experiences provide valuable internship insights into the realities of advocacy, legal reform, and community engagement.
Interns learn how to communicate with clients and truly understand what practicing law with heart and integrity means. Adam spoke about creating opportunities for young people passionate about criminal defense and committed to justice in their local community.
From writing legal documents to sitting in on court proceedings, our interns are given meaningful responsibilities that help them grow, and we’ve been thrilled to watch some go on to law school and beyond. Adam’s talk inspired other firm owners to consider launching similar programs, showing that mentorship isn’t just good for the interns; it’s good for the profession.
